I have a buddy that is super handy however cheap and lazy, then she never does the quality of labor that she is capable of, the girl can service anything.
She is fantastic in electrical, plumbing and Heating in addition to Air Conditioning.
The girl even worked for a building contractor for a few years, in the end, she absolutely just wanted to get on disability and milk the government for money. Her dream is to live without having to work! Well she married himself to a nice older lady that takes care of the bills and she just squats at her house. The downside to her dream is that she is at the loft all day. Her wifey keeps trying to get him to do handy stuff around the house. I saw her newest service which was the height of laziness and just awful. The roof had obviously leaked to the point of getting a sizable hole in it. Her wifey wanted him to service the roof or hire a roofing business. Instead she used a funnel and a garden hose to filter out the water from the house. She also put up a tarp over the hole. There, done, she said. Isn’t that awful? Can you imagine how freezing the loft must get in the winter? The water detriment in the ceiling that is going to happen? I talked to her wifey and said that she needed to hire professional roofers, she keeps thinking her woman is going to step up and do the task. She can forget it; No way will she get off her butt and do the work.
