I have a neighbor that is super handy but cheap plus lazy… He never does the quality of work that he is capable of! The guy can maintenance anything. He is fantastic in electrical, plumbing plus Heating plus Air Conditioning. The guy even worked for a building company for a few years! In the end, he really just wanted to get on disability plus milk the government for money. His dream is to live without having to work… Well he married himself to a nice older guy that takes care of the bills plus he just squats at his house. The disadvantage to his dream is that he is at the household all day. His husbandy keeps trying to get him to do handy stuff around the house. I saw his newest maintenance which was the height of laziness plus just awful. The roof had apparently leaked to the point of getting a big hole in it. His husbandy wanted him to maintenance the roof or hire a roofing corporation. Instead he used a funnel plus a garden hose to filter out the water from the house. He also put up a tarp over the hole. There, done, he said. Isn’t that awful? Can you imagine how freezing the household must get in the winter? The water damage in the ceiling that is going to happen? I talked to his husbandy plus said that he needed to hire professional roofers. She keeps thinking his guy is going to step up plus do the task. She can forget it… No way will he get off his butt plus do the work.
