I have a neighbor that is super handy however cheap plus lazy, but he never does the quality of toil that he is capable of, but the guy can fix anything.
He is great in electrical, plumbing plus Heating plus A/C.
The guy even worked for a building corporation for a few years! In the end, he absolutely just wanted to get on disability plus milk the government for currency. His dream is to live separate from having to work, however well he married himself to a nice older lady that takes care of the bills plus he just squats at her house. The downside to his dream is that he is at the house all day. His wifey keeps trying to get him to do handy stuff around the house. I saw his newest fix which was the height of laziness plus just awful. The roof had obviously leaked to the point of getting a sizable hole in it. His wifey wanted him to fix the roof or hire a roofing corporation. Instead he used a funnel plus a garden hose to filter out the water from the house. He also put up a tarp over the hole. There, done, he said. Isn’t that awful? Can you imagine how chilly the house must get in the winter? The water harm in the ceiling that is going to happen? I talked to his wifey plus said that she needed to hire professional roofers! She keeps thinking her guy is going to step up plus do the task. She can forget it; No way will he get off his butt plus do the work.
