These customers make our job harder

You see, I am a professional heating, cooling, & ventilation service servicemen for a highly renowned air quality control dealership in my little town.

As an employee, there is nothing more frustrating than when you can’t finish a job because of other humans getting in the way. I don’t know how several times I have been frustrated by my coworkers giving me awful information or late information that required me to redo all of my work. I couldn’t tell you the number of mornings that working retail completely destroyed my plans for the afternoon, then and, honestly, I can’t even begin to recall the number of inappropriate customers that I have had in my most recent position who have completely curtailed the professional service appointment or made it harshly taxing to service their Heating & Air Conditioning appliances. You see, I am a professional heating, cooling, & ventilation service servicemen for a highly renowned air quality control dealership in my little town. That means, I spend my mornings driving from dwelling to dwelling & helping owners to service their failing air handling control devices, then sometimes, I’m performing routine service for air temperature control appliances, & sporadically it’s a total emergency situation that requires a lot of focus & dedication. However, it seems like my customers don’t cherish any of these facts. When I arrive at their homes, my priority is servicing the Heating & Air Conditioning plan, then unfortunately, a lot of people make it genuinely taxing by acting a fool when I arrive, between the owners who open the door naked, the ones who hover over my shoulder the whole time I inspect their boiler, & the idiots who want to give me Heating & Air Conditioning advice as I toil on the service service… I’ve had a lot of long & drawn out appointments in my afternoon. I wish they’d just let me do my job.
